Summer Recreation 2010
Get ready for Six Super Weeks!
Program Dates: June 14 - July 22
Participants
The Summer Rec program is designed to provide a fun, safe & active environment for Perry Residents in grades K-6. Older students are welcome as well.

Summer Recreation Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9:00am to Noon
Transportation
Location
Drop-off and pick up is at Manchester West (unless informed otherwise). The program is held on the school campus M-Th and with the exception of field trip days.
Fees & Forms
Please complete and return all forms and registration fee prior to the start of the program.
Six Week Program $100 per child $275 maximum per family
or $20 per week
Thursday field trips are additional. Trip prices are a combination of admission and transportation costs and will be determined weekly based on registration numbers. Again this information is very preliminary (TBA).
**One registration form per child and one medical form per Child.

Weekly Trip Schedule Pine Lakes Tennis Club Scores Fun Center Laura's Skating Emporium Red Mill Training Center Perry Township Park Classic Park (Home of the Lake County Captains) In the event of inclimate weather, trips will be cancelled, we will stay at camp. Pick up will be at 12:00pm. Return times of weekly trips will be on weekly newsletters.
