Summer Recreation 2011
Get ready for Six Super Weeks!
Program Dates: June 13- July 21
Participants
The Summer Rec program is designed to provide a fun, safe & active environment for Perry Residents in grades K-6. Older students are welcome as well.
Hours
Summer Recreation Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9:00am to Noon **The week of July 4th, the program will run Tuesday-Friday
Location
Drop-off and pick up is at Manchester West (unless informed otherwise). The program is held on the school campus M-Th and with the exception of field trip days and the week of July 4th.
Fees & Forms:
Please complete and return all forms and registration fee prior to the start of the program.
Six Week Program $100 per child $275 maximum per family
or $20 per week
Thursday field trips are an additional cost. Trip prices are a combination of admission and transportation.
**One registration form per child and one medical form per Child.

Weekly Field Trip Schedule Putt 4 Fun in Willoughby Scores Fun Center Movie Day at Manchester West Mentor Civic Center (ice skating/swimming) Waldameer Amusment Park and Water World (Erie PA) North Townline Park (Child pick up at North Townline Park) In the event of inclimate weather, trips will be cancelled, we will stay at camp. Pick up will be at 12:00 pm. Return times of weekly trips will be on the weekly newsletter.
