Perry Rec offers a recreational softball league for girls in grades 1-12. Practices are generally held twice per week, beginning in April. Games begin in early-May. Younger divisions end by July 4th and older divisions play more games per week and end later.

Coach Pitch: This division is for girls who are 7 or 8 year old on 12/31/10. Coaches pitch the ball to their own team and basic softball skills are taught.

Minors: This division is for girls who are 9 or 10 years old on 12/31/10. Players pitch the ball and the skill level begins to increase. Beginners are encouraged to jump in and give it a try! This is a fast pitch division.

Juniors: For players who are age 13 or 14 on 12/31/10. This fast pitch division participates in inter-league play with Madison, Geneva, Ashtabula and other surrounding communities as a member of Little League Softball. There will be at least 12 regular season games. In mid-June an all-star team will be formed and compete in the Little League Tournament (double-elimination).

Seniors: For girls ages 15-16 on 12/31/10. This fast pitch division participates in inter-league play with Madison, Geneva, Ashtabula and other surrounding communities as a member of Little League Softball. There will be at least 12 regular season games. In mid-June an all-star team will be formed and compete in the Little League Tournament (double-elimination).
